Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Kuwait and Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, customers may return most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund processing times may vary, but customers can generally expect to receive their refund within 2–4 weeks. This period includes:

• Return shipment transit time (approximately 5–10 business days)
• Return inspection and processing time (3–5 business days)
• Bank or payment provider processing time (5–10 business days)

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, locate the order under “My Orders”, and select “Return Item(s)”. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders to most locations worldwide, although certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of the items and the shipping method selected. These estimates may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination.

Please note that shipping costs for some items are calculated based on weight. The product weight can be found on the item’s detail page. To comply with the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound when calculating shipping charges.
