1- Exchange and Return Policy

The sale process, your purchases, and your use of the products available on this website are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service.

The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain cases. For example, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product was incorrectly priced, or if the order appears to be fraudulent. The website will refund the amount paid for orders that are not accepted or that are canceled based on our discretion.

All content on the website, including text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, codes, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the store and is protected by copyright laws.

By completing a purchase, you agree to receive emails or notifications related to your order.

The website reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to its website, policies, and agreements, including the privacy policy, terms and conditions of service, and the exchange and return policy.


2- Product Exchange and Return Policy

  1. The customer is entitled to a refund only if the product is not received from the shipping company. Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if any) will be deducted. The refund will be processed within 15 working days.

  2. Customers have the right to exchange purchased goods if the product is proven to be defective or has a manufacturing fault.

  3. All products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the order only in case of a manufacturing defect. To maintain product quality and storage conditions, returns are not accepted after this period unless there is a defect or problem with the product.

  4. Devices are covered by a 6-month warranty, or according to the period mentioned in the description below each product. After the three days return period, the product will be subject to maintenance under warranty, and the customer will bear the shipping and delivery costs after maintenance.

  5. Due to current conditions and the spread of epidemics, returns are not accepted for shapewear and underwear items.

3- Cases Where Products Cannot Be Exchanged

There are certain cases where the product cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. If the exchange request is submitted after the specified period of 3 days from the date of receipt.

  2. If the product has been used, damaged, not in the same condition as received, or if the security seal has been removed.

  3. Consumable products that have been used or installed.

  4. Products that have been tampered with or have had their serial numbers removed.

  5. Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any accessories.

  6. The customer must pay the shipping cost for exchanges, and shipping costs will be deducted in case of a refund request.


4- Customs Duties and Taxes

The cost of your order does not include taxes or customs duties in your country. Therefore, you may need to pay additional charges depending on your country’s regulations.
